If you use Zoho CRM daily, you know the feeling: you open the advanced filters panel, and you’re greeted by dozens of filters you never use. System-defined filters, outdated custom filters, and filters for fields you don’t care about—all competing for your attention when you’re trying to find the one filter you actually need.
There has to be a better way.
The Problem with Filter Overload
Zoho CRM’s advanced filtering is powerful, but that power comes with a cost: clutter. As your CRM grows, so does your list of filters. Before long, you’re scrolling through endless options every time you need to segment your data.
For teams using multiple modules (Leads, Contacts, Deals, Accounts), this problem multiplies. Each module accumulates its own set of filters, and there’s no native way to hide the ones you don’t need.
Meet Zoho CRM Filter Manager
We built this Chrome extension to solve a simple problem: let users hide the filters they don’t use.
The extension adds a clean, intuitive interface that lets you:
- Hide individual filters with a simple checkbox
- Hide entire sections (like “System Defined Filters”) in one click
- Search for filters by name when you need to find something specific
- Bulk operations with “Show All” and “Hide All” buttons
- Persistent settings that sync across all your Chrome browsers
How It Works
Once installed, the extension adds a small icon to your Chrome toolbar. Click it while on any Zoho CRM page, and you’ll see a list of all available filters. Simply uncheck the ones you want to hide, click “Apply Changes,” and they disappear from your Zoho CRM interface.
Your preferences are saved automatically and persist across:
- Page refreshes
- Different CRM modules
- Browser sessions
- All computers where you use Chrome (via Chrome sync)
Key Features
Works Across All Modules
Whether you’re in Leads, Contacts, Deals, or any other Zoho CRM module, the extension automatically detects and manages filters.
Search Functionality
Got dozens of filters? Use the built-in search box to quickly find the one you’re looking for.
Privacy-First Design
The extension only runs on Zoho CRM pages and doesn’t collect or transmit any data. It simply uses CSS to hide unwanted filters from your view. Your CRM data remains completely untouched.
Multi-Region Support
Works on all Zoho CRM domains:
- zoho.com
- zoho.eu
- zoho.in
- zoho.com.au
Who Is This For?
This extension is perfect for:
- Sales teams who only use a handful of custom filters
- CRM administrators who want to simplify the interface for their teams
- Power users who have accumulated too many test or legacy filters
- Anyone who wants a cleaner, more focused Zoho CRM experience
Why It Was Built?
Software should adapt to how you work, not the other way around. Zoho CRM is incredibly powerful, but power without control creates chaos.
This extension gives you that control – letting you focus on the filters that matter and ignore the rest.
It’s a small tool that solves a specific problem. No complex setup, no learning curve, just immediate value.
