For agencies

White-Label WordPress
to Static Conversions

The legacy WordPress sites on your books, frozen as static HTML under your brand. From £99 per site.

Every agency has them: client sites built years ago that nobody edits, nobody wants to maintain, and nobody dares update. They cost you support hours, they carry security risk under your name, and they are not worth a maintenance plan to the client. A static conversion keeps the design and the URLs, removes everything that needs updating, and turns a liability into a £9 a month hosting line.

Instant per-site price from the sitemap · 20% off from five sites · Live in 3 to 5 working days per site

Price a client site

Paste the domain. The sitemap is read, pages and posts counted, and WooCommerce, forms and logins flagged. Nothing is changed on the site.

Powered by sitemapcheck.app, a Rootscope tool.

How it works

You keep the client. I do the conversion.

  1. 1

    Send the domains

One or twenty. I run the estimate on each, flag the ones that are not a fit, and send a per-site breakdown with volume pricing applied.

  2. 2

    Backups first

Files and database for every site before anything changes. Handed to you.

  3. 3

    Static build and preview

Each site rebuilt as plain HTML with the same design and URLs. You get a preview link to check, or to forward under your brand.

  4. 4

    Cut-over your way

I switch DNS and SSL, or hand you the files and a checklist. The WordPress site stays untouched until you sign off.

FAQ

Agency questions

Will my client know Rootscope was involved?
Only if you tell them. Reports, the preview link and the hand-over carry your branding or no branding at all. I never contact your client unless you ask me to.
How does volume pricing work?
Each site is priced by its own page count. From five sites in a single order, every band is 20% off. Send me the list of domains and I run the estimate on each one and come back with a per-site breakdown.
Who hosts the static sites?
Your choice. Take the files or a Git repository and host them on your own stack, or put them on Rootscope static hosting at £9 a month per site, billed to you, and charge your client what you like. The first 3 months are free either way.
What about client sites with contact forms?
Forms are rebuilt on a form service, £29 per form, delivering to the inbox you specify. The estimate flags sites where a form was found so there are no surprises in the per-site price.
Which sites are not a fit?
Shops, member areas, bookings, directories and anything the client edits every week. The estimate tool flags WooCommerce, logins and booking plugins automatically. Those sites belong on a maintenance plan instead.
What do I get at the end?
A folder of static files or a Git repository, the full WordPress backup, the before-and-after URL report, and 14 days of free fixes. If you want me to run the cut-over and hosting, that is included too.
Can you convert a hacked client site?
Usually. I build from what the public pages render, strip injected scripts and spam links, and the result contains nothing executable. If the pages are too damaged to copy cleanly I tell you before anything is paid.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added on the invoice. Rootscope Limited is VAT registered.
